Wheelo is a QR-based smart contact system for vehicle owners in India. You stick a Wheelo QR sticker on your vehicle — anyone who needs to reach you (for parking issues, emergencies, or identification) can scan it and contact you instantly without ever seeing your personal phone number.

Once you register your vehicle on Wheelo, we assign a unique QR code to your vehicle. Anyone with a smartphone can scan the sticker — it opens a secure page showing your vehicle details and gives options to send you a message or request a callback. Your phone number stays completely hidden.

Registration is free. There's a one-time ₹99 charge for your weatherproof QR sticker including delivery.

No — never. Your personal phone number is never shown to anyone who scans your QR. All contact is routed through Wheelo's secure privacy layer. You receive a notification that someone wants to reach you, and you choose whether to respond.

The person can scan your Wheelo QR sticker, select "Vehicle is blocking my way", type a message, and send it. You instantly receive a notification on your phone. No arguments, no searching for the owner — it's resolved in seconds.

Yes. If someone scans your QR at an accident scene, they can trigger an emergency alert which immediately notifies your registered emergency contact. This works even if you are unconscious or unable to respond.

Wheelo works for vehicle types — cars, bikes, scooters. Anyone with a registered vehicle in India can use it.

You can order your sticker from here. Your unique QR sticker is generated and dispatched to your registered address within 3–5 business days. The sticker is weatherproof, UV resistant, and designed to last outdoors on vehicles.

Place it where it's clearly visible from outside the vehicle —
Car: back windshield, bottom right corner.
Bike / Scooter: front mudguard or near the number plate.
SUV / Van: rear windshield or bumper.
Avoid placing it inside the cabin where it can't be seen from outside.

You can deactivate your QR code anytime by contacting our support team. Once deactivated, the sticker stops working immediately — it will show "QR not active" to anyone who scans it. The new owner can register it fresh under their details.

Since your phone number is never exposed, misuse is limited. Wheelo logs every scan with timestamp. If you receive suspicious or abusive messages, you can report them directly to Wheelo support and we will investigate and block the source.
